| A/C | | Toyota MR2 MK2 N/A - A/C does not work, clicking noises coming from engine bay with battery drain | | A couple months ago i was running my car when suddenly my AC stop blowing cold air but still running and at the same time my rpm needle began jumping up and down sometimes out of control every now and then. For several weeks I suspected that maybe I just needed to refill the AC but then suddenly a couple of weeks later my car battery began to drain, even when it was off. And now AC don't work, but when i click the AC button to try and turn it on i get those clicking noises coming from the engine bay. I have checked all fuses and they look good. Just wondering if anyone has had this problem. any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a 1993 MR2 non turbo. My probelm started with A/C then it led to jumping rpms now i have a car that constantly drains my battery with a clicking noise in the engine bay while trying to get my AC to turn on. - Fix/Recommendation |
