Battery
Toyota MR2 MK2 Turbo - battery keeps draining
recently had my alternator done but the only problem is that the battery still goes flat and when its close to running out all the warning lights come back on. I know that replacing the alternator has done something because it has stopped the warning lights from being on all the time. can any one help? - Fix/Recommendation

apparantly my friend it is the voltage regulator, i have the same problem and was told this morning that it is the voltage regulator that needs replacing! On some mr2s its contained inside the alternator but on others it is a seperate unit!

Prob with the ecu, poss. Also if you have a turbo timer it can leave the ecu and that can drain the bat.
