| Tyres | | Toyota MR2 MK2 N/A - Recommended Tyres | | It's time for me to renew my rear tyres on my P plate MR2 and am after any recommendatations.
Currently I've got Aurora K103 225/50/15's on at the moment and have been fairly happy with them....I've managed to get ~ 35000 miles out of them. Not bad in my book, so was probably going to just replace like for like.
But it's I feel it's always good to get a 2nd opinion...anyone can recommend others to consider.
Cheers

| Tyres | | Toyota MR2 MK2 N/A - Excessive Tyre Wear | | I've been having a recurring problem with my n/s front tyre in that I'm having to replace it and only it, once a year at MOT time.
Can anyone offer any advice on what might be causing this?
Now my alloys aren't particularly in good shape, (I need to get them refurbished), they're bubbling nicely with that white residue that you get, and that seems to be the only thing I can think of.
Seem reasonable that thats the cause?

| Tyres | | Toyota MR2 MK2 Turbo - Put new alloys on car | | I'm want to put new 17in alloys on my mark2 1991 turbo. At the moment i have the standard Toyota alloys with the bigger wheels on the rear. By putting the new alloys on the car is it going to affect it in anyway because obviously the new alloys will be the same size wheel all around the car and the wheels wont be bigger at the rear. The place where i'm buying them from will just say its fine but some advice would be greatful. thank. |
